Return Process

  Log into your ONO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
